Australia Post Standard: FREE for orders over $200 (excludes bulky items).

Australia Post Standard: $15

Australia Post Express: $20

 

Bulky items (excluding Tasmania):
All bulky items are shipped with Fedex Australia or Aramex.

Up to 2kg: $30.00

Up to 4kg: $50.00

Up to 6kg:  $75.00

Up to 8kg: $90.00

8kg plus: $100.00

 

Bulky items — Tasmania:
All bulky items are shipped with Fedex Australia or Aramex.

Up to 2kg: $50.00

Up to 4kg: $75.00

Up to 6kg:  $100.00

Up to 8kg: $115.00

International Orders

International shipping is calculated by weight. A custom shipping quote will be emailed to once you have placed your order. Once you have received your shipping quote, customers have the option to proceed with their order or cancel and receive a full refund. 

Alternatively, you can email us your order and shipping address and we can provide a shipping quote prior to checkout.

 

Returns

We happily accept returns on any full-priced item in original, unused condition for a credit or refund. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to process an exchange on linen or intimates. 

Any returns must be received at our studio within 10 days of the original delivery date. Please keep in mind, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund. If your order included complimentary shipping, a $15 shipping fee will be deducted from your credit or refund. 

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for any discounted items, including any promotional discounts or sale items.

If you'd like to initiate a return, please contact hello@goodthingsstore.com.au and return the item/s within 7 days of receiving your order. 

 

Faulty Items

We take every precaution to ensure your order is free from any faults before shipping out to you. In the unlikely event you item is faulty we are happy to replace the item at our cost. If the item is no longer in stock we will arrange a credit or refund.

If your item/s arrived damaged due to the courier please follow the below guidelines:

Australia Post: Unfortunately all Australia Post claims must be issued by the receiver of the parcel. Please visit your local Australia Post with the packaging and damaged item/s to process a claim. 

Sendle or Aramex: Please email us with an image that includes the shipping label, packaging and damaged item/s within 1 business day of your parcel arriving and we will issue you a refund, credit or replacement.
